1. How many custom packs can I create?
+VIP users can create as many custom packs as they wish, which can have an unlimited number of words!
2. How can I cancel my subscription?
+You can manage your subscriptions on Google Play or your Apple ID.
3. How can I request a refund?
+Refunds are processed directly by the App Store or Google Play. • Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com • Google Play: go to your Google Play account → Order History → Request a refund
4. Why am I seeing ads?
+Ads allow us to keep the game free for everyone to enjoy, at the same time we continue to work to improve our products.
5. I paid for VIP but I don't have premium access. What should I do?
+Your purchase might be taking a little longer to process. If what you purchased is not showing up on your library, or your subscription does not seem to be active, please tap "Restore Purchases" in the Settings. If this doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
