    Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If you’re still having issues, reply to our automatic e-mail.

  • 2. How many custom packs can I create?

    VIP users can create as many custom packs as they wish, which can have an unlimited number of words!

  • 3. How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can manage your subscriptions on Google Play or your Apple ID.

  • 4. How can I request a refund?

    Refunds are processed directly by the App Store or Google Play. • Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com • Google Play: go to your Google Play account → Order History → Request a refund
