1. I paid for VIP but I don’t have premium access. What should I do?
+Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If you’re still having issues, reply to our automatic e-mail.
2. How many custom packs can I create?
+VIP users can create as many custom packs as they wish, which can have an unlimited number of words!
3. How can I cancel my subscription?
+You can manage your subscriptions on Google Play or your Apple ID.
4. How can I request a refund?
+Refunds are processed directly by the App Store or Google Play. • Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com • Google Play: go to your Google Play account → Order History → Request a refund
5. Why am I seeing ads?
